Craig Welch

Craig Welch, a former senior staff writer at National Geographic magazine, has been writing about the environment and climate change for a quarter-century. He has been a fellow with the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard University, and is the author of "Shell Games," a nonfiction detective story about wildlife smugglers, published by HarperCollins. He lives in Seattle with his family.
